VENDOR REGISTRATION: $255.00 for members, $355.00 non-members per each 6’ table/space $25 extra for Electric (non-refundable). Extra table or space will be 6’ at full cost. Due to the fact, we limit the amount of vendor booths per category, vendors booths and power packs are non refundable.
VENDOR REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Table top display • logo spotlight during slideshow • 2 VIP tickets to the luncheon WOAMTEC® reserves the right to refuse vendor or sponsor participation by any business or any person that engages in any business that would harm the reputation of WOAMTEC® ; that conflicts with the WOAMTEC® philosophy of faith, family, and career; or that is contrary to the goals, mission, and objectives of WOAMTEC® as determined by WOAMTEC® in its sole and absolute discretion. WOAMTEC® also reserves the right to restrict vendors and sponsors from promoting certain products and services that would harm the reputation of WOAMTEC®; that conflict with the WOAMTEC® philosophy of faith, family, and career; or that are contrary to the goals, mission, and objectives of WOAMTEC® as determined by WOAMTEC® in its sole and absolute discretion. Businesses or persons that will be denied vendor or sponsor participation include but are not limited to businesses and persons that engage in any business that directly or indirectly promotes illegal gambling, alcohol or substance abuse, explosives or hazardous materials, violence, sexual devices or accessories, sexual activity or clubs, obscene or pornographic material, or any illegal material or activity.
